Appointments are by reservation only. To respect both your time and ours, a valid credit card is required when booking. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and missed appointments without prior notice will incur a fee equal to the full treatment price. Walk-ins must provide a credit card deposit, and if they choose to pay in cash after the treatment, their card will not be charged. Rain Spa maintains a tranquil atmosphere, so we kindly request no children or infants unless approved by management for special arrangements.
